No. Rather than looking it at it as a huge interconnected blob, it can be split into portions. The job of a systems analyst is to break complex problems/systems into ever smaller manageable portions so that nearly anyone can solve the separate simple problems.
Of course. Everyone looks at a political issue, and then comes up with their own interpretation.
