Did Al Sharpton Try To Slander Bill O'Reilly?

In order to answer honestly you need to watch the following two videos?

    First Bill O'Reilly:

O'Reilly: Liberals "Exploit" Nelson Mandela's Legacy | Video | RealClearPolitics

    Now Al Sharpton's response:

Protecting Mandela’s legacy from the right

Pretty clear Al used the power of "edit" to eliminate O'Rielies comments about Mandella being a great man.

Al is a huckster. Nothing new there.

He didn't do that in his response, he showed the whole thing.

Yes, it would appear after O'Riely called him out, showing how Al had manipulated the story in his usual fashion, Al was forced to try and save face, which as usual, he failed at miserably.

Mandela wasn't a communist. That's basically just a right-wing buzzword/insult from those who reveled back in the days of McCarthyism.

Having said that, as suggested above, Sharpton plays the typical MSNBC card and showed you only the parts they wanted to show you. Sharpton's a stupid, giant race-baiting asshole, even on the rare occasion that he's correct.

Wrong, he could have just ignored O'Reilly. Nobody would have been the wiser.

Well, that's assuming Al could do that. Clearly his ego would not let that happen. It seems that's what hucksters do.

I don't care what either of those entertainers think or say.

It is entirely appropriate for liberals to have great appreciation for Mandela's post-imprisonment legacy because he epitomized the core liberal values of using peaceful and democratic means to strive for equality for all, tolerance, appreciation of diversity and inclusiveness, forgiveness and compassion.

Conservatives should especially appreciate his forgiveness and compassion since he saved the conservative whites that had previously ruled South Africa with oppression and brutality from the punishment and exclusion that they arguably deserved.

Then why did you post on a thread that specifically asked you about your opinion of these two entertainers?

How can you possibly slander either one of these dunces?
