For Every One: Who Would You NOT Consider Voting For In 2016 [W:58]

Who would you NOT consider voting for in 2016? Pick all that apply

When I think of Rand Paul, I think of plagerism and anti civil rights.. When I think of Ted Cruz, I think of his father--truly frightening.

"I'm Rachel Maddow, and I approve this depth of knowledge"

I would not vote for any Republicans. Reason: Judge picks.

Cuz John Roberts hasn't been bending over at Obama's every request?

That's all good and well -- and who am I to tell her that isn't true -- but being an American, I'm too jaded to feel no apprehension that she won't just revert.

I think she's demonstrated well over the last few years, and that's why I'd consider her... but stranger things have happened.

Frankly, I don't blame you one bit for being jaded. The system is rigged against anyone with good intentions, I think. But I get a feeling that Warren with do her best to change the status quo.

lets see

1) she is a classic wealthy dem who demonizes wealthy corporate fat cats while craving to be one herself

Bull****.

2) her Lieawatha nonsense was pathetic. Its more likely she was related to people who drove NAs on the "trail of tears" than being a Native American

Bull****. Can you say blown out of complete proportion?

3) she apparently played the affirmative action card to get some of her jobs

LOL. Keep on spreading that false fallacy.

4) she is a gun hating twit

Anyone who wants simple background checks is a gun hating twit to you. Says something more about you than them, IMO.

5) she thinks government should have more control over private property. She essentially is a welfare socialist twit

Oh yeah? Can you link me? This is a first.

we get it-you love leftwing harpies. I don't. If you disagree with point 5, it is obvious you don't know her history. She wants more than "simple background checks"
she supported the bans that were being pushed

and guess what-you cannot vote for her so what's your damage?

I absolutely would not vote for any Liberal, period. Whether it is the Whore of Satan, aka, Hilary Clinton or Chris Christie.

The ones I would consider voting for is simple, they not only talk about reversing dangerous and damaging Liberal policies but have stood up and taken real actions. Of the ones you list, Paul and Cruz are the only ones I see that have actually tried to do that. Although, I really am not a fan of Rand Paul and I think Cruz needs a bit more experience.

Not sure how you interpreted "Show me a link" to disagreeing with your point. I asked for a link to back up your points. So show me a link.

Are you seriously trying to justify the murder of innocent children by claiming that "conservatives" do it too?

Think about it!

Yeah...guess I am. I don't think what you're imply is mutually exclusive to liberals.

Biden is probably the only democrat on that list I'd be at least open to listening to and potentially voting for...but the Republican candidate would probalby need to be DISMAL (someone like Santorum) for me to actually get close to casting a vote for him. It'd be more likely that I'd vote 3rd party...but Biden at least struck me as halfway reasonable in the primaries last year.Plus he'd be a hoot to watch the media cover...George Bush level of speech gaffes :p

I'd have no issue voting for any of those republicans. I'd prefer if Cruz or Bush were not the nominee...but faced with pretty much any of those other democrats outside of Biden it'd be a no brainer between the two for me.

None of them but Huntsman. Biden I used to respect - his idea of a 'soft partition' in Iraq was clearly prescient.

But he's sold out to the Obama disasterous foreign policy malaise. The rest are a bunch of warhawks, had enough of those.

Hard to choose. I doubt I would vote for Clinton, unless someone like Rand or Cruz had a shot at winning.

I honestly don't know enough about Warren to make a choice, and same for Cuomo.

If it were Christie versus Clinton or Warren, I might just not vote.

Huntsman is the ONLY one on the list that I would consider voting FOR.

I'm actually at a loss for words.

I've voted for the Republican candidate in almost every Presidential, Senatorial, and Congressional race that I've participated in but I could never vote for Ted Cruz. His behavior before, during, and after the shutdown show how irresponsible and tactless he is, I do not think he is qualified to be President. I'm wary about Rand Paul because of significant policy differences, but I think he is at least level headed and generally a responsible person. I can't say the same about Cruz. And I know I'm not alone on that.

But he did do a good job at wasting taxpayers money while reading Green eggs and Ham!

Warren. She's the most uber-lib of every candidate in the poll.

All of the Democrats listed are far-left in my opinion. America cannot afford 4 more years of pretty much any Democrat in my view unless they were very moderate (which seems to not exist much among their leadership, the Democrat party has become far left in my opinion). Huntsman and Christie would be good, I feel that among the Republican candidates they are more moderate.

I wouldn't vote for Rand Paul, not a fan of libertarianism.
Wouldn't vote for Jeb Bush either. Truthfully I don't like "political families."

I would prefer a Republican with strong social conservative views, strong fiscal views, and more moderate views when it comes to social programs and social spending/healthcare. We probably need a Republican to fix the nation and restore some sense of balance while also doing something about Obamacare besides championing it and refusing to overturn a flawed law.

Well I checked off the ones I knew enough about to know I most likely would not consider voting for them.

Jeb Bush, because enough bushes.

Hillery Clinton, because from what I've seen of her ability and choices, I would not agree with anything she decided or did.

Joe Biden, because who wants that guy who is currently a sad excuse for a VICE president (which, frankly, takes some doing) as the actual president.

And Chris Christie because I have this vague sense he is an asshole. Also all those "stronger than the storm" ads playing a song with the same lyrics til I got so tired of the song I wanted to punch my car's radio.

That's a sound reason-its why I won't ever vote for a Dem because no matter who it is-we will get more Quotamayors or Kagans

All I care about is that the judge upholds the law and refrains from judicial activism. What their personal leans are or who nominated them is irrelevant to me.

Then again, I'm an issues guy and not a party voter.

Interesting that the only two that I would consider voting for at all are also the only two behind the pack. Maybe we might get someone decent to vote for in the Presidential election for once.

I doubt it though.

The only one I would consider voting for is Marco Rubio, and I'm sure there are plenty of things that I disagree with him on too, but I do want a fiscal conservative to be the president next time. We need to start paying down the debt and to stop wasting taxpayer money.
