So guys in the business world regularly threaten to kill each other, assault each other's mothers, and express a desire to defecate in their fellow vice president's mouth? Do you have some examples of this? Oh, and if you could throw in an example or two of them calling each other a 'half-n****r', that would help bolster your argument.

Hockey glorifies fighting and actively encourages its players to attack each other.

I'm not talking about the exact same language used - if you want to be infantile about the argument, go right ahead - I'm talking about the culture of business at the highest levels - it isn't roses and daisies.

Again, you know nothing about what you're talking about, but you're good at spewing the talking points.

This whole affair is largely about the language used. What don't you get about that?

As opposed to you - another one of these 'manly' men who gets his kicks from bullying and figures that the solution to every situation is just a punch in the face.

Riiight. Never happens in hockey, bicycling, soccer, lacrosse, sailing, gymnastics or any other sport, ever. When will these sports come clean? And then there's mountain climbing. Those suckers drop like flies. And BTW, the diagnostics and imaging have improved rather markedly over the period of time you claim. Really, the risks of all these sports are pretty well known, and those who engage in them should be prepared to accept them or stop participating. Where we can make them safer, we should, and generally we do.

Well, I could have said hockey is just an excuse for guys to beat the hell out of each other with sticks. But I didn't.

Yes, I read somewhere (Bleacher Report? USA Today?) that one of them called him an "honorary black man."
