My answer would be:

LEGAL as currently legal, determined by the U.S. Supreme Court. (this means abortions are legal up to the point where the fetus can live outside the womb. In years past, that was determined to be 6 mos. I don't know the term length for that now. Fetuses can live outside the womb, with assistance, at less than 6 mos., now. Then there are exceptions for the mother's life or health, and I think due to the fetus being so deformed that it is determined by a dr it cannot live outside the womb, or something like that, even if it is past 6 mos. Although tests usually can detect that earlier.)

I would not call that "legal under some circumstances." That's probably "legal under most circumstances"?

I voted legal under some circumstance with the only circumstance being to save the life of the mother.

Legal under any circumstance prior to the child's birth.

That and a non-viable or dead child, who can indeed represent a health threat to the mother. If you're not saving a life, then you lose the justification for the restriction.

Up to what point in the pregnancy?

I said illegal under any circumstances. This is because abortion is murder. A baby doesn't become a person when it's born or at a certain point in its development, it is always a person. Therefore killing an unborn baby is the same as killing a baby that's three months old and cute and lovable.
I also said it because I am a Christian, and believe it is completely immoral.

Legal under any and all circumstances until the point of viability, then legal for reasons of mother's health and fetal viability.

Illegal until the Planet's align and Horus descends to bring the word of Osiris's rebirth.

I am against abortion in 99% of cases. 1% for severe diseases like if the mother has cancer.
