I believe she will run and that she is probably a slight favorite. She could very easily lose though, especially if 2016 turns out to be even a slightly Republican year.

There isn't a Republican in the field that will come close to beating her. The Presidency is hers....if she wants it...and I suspect that she does.

I think she'll run, but unsure whether she wins or loses, so I went with Rotebaga, whatever that is. She's got a pretty muddy record, all that and more will be dredged up.

unlike bill, hillary has zero charisma
the GOP should be recruiting an appealing moderate candidate
someone with charisma, who is younger than hillary

the best thing hillary has going for her is bill
the worst thing hillary has going for her is bill ... and her age ... and her lack of charisma

but if the republicans run a winger, crown her now

I cannot think of two worse candidates

    Lieawatha and the Hildabeast.

what sort of man would want either of those two twits as president?

Hillary Clinton has one strong advantage: 100% name recognition. And one medium-strength advantage: she is still associated in the public mind with the "carefree" 90s and her husband's successful (by current dismal standards) administration (even though her botched health care reform came close to destroying it).
But not much beyond that, really. She was not a memorable Senator or Secretary of State, and had not made any significant contribution otherwise.

My guess is she will delay any formal announcement until the last moment: the lack of serious competition from Democrats will make it the safest tactic, and if the GOP will be coalescing around a strong ticket (Chris Christie/Susana Martinez, for example), she will simply decline the honor.

In other words, if it really comes down to Hillary Clinton against Rutabaga, Rutabaga it is.

Oh, I think Hillary's going for it regardless. "Eight years for Bill, and eight years for Hill," and I think she thinks she's earned it (especially after the treachery of the 2008 election and her then being a good Democrat soldier).

I hope that "What difference does it make?" haunts her until the day she dies.
