A true libertarian basically wants things to be just a hair shy of pure anarchy, and relies on human goodness and sense to prevent such.

However, mamy people (perhaps most?) like the freedom and lack of overbearing rules which libertarianism espopses, and are thus partially libertarian.

I myself am A Libertarian Conservative Liberal (in that order, more or less), or at least I agree in part with aspects of each of those idea systems.

Of Alabama, Georgia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, and Texas - none will be the "last" state with a law banning Same-sex Civil Marriage. By the time that it gets down to those states they will all have SSCM based on a SCOTUS decision.
