not really. once a cheat is exposed as a cheat, his ability to cheat others is greatly diminished

liberals often demand jail time in order to appease the butt hurt feelings of violent street crime supporters

because the way to stop violent criminals-other than the best way-shooting them-is to physically incapacitate them

If they weren't fired for being incompetent then they should go to Jail

If they were just stupid then they would have been fired.

Otherwise they were doing what would increase shareholder value. Jail them.

not necessarily, sometimes business will pay the money instead of continuing a trial, then having to take time and money to continue the fight in court, ..sometimes its cheaper .

So let me restate since I apparently didn't such a good job first time around. Guys who show a willingness to to illegally perpetrate violence, for the safety of society, can only be effectively dealt with by incarceration. The same cannot be said for non violent offenders, be the drug users, petty thieves or white collar criminals.

Assets aren't. Again while he's not in jail he can earn an income, which may well be substantial enough to repay part of his debt to the people he cheated.

You are the one saying the Bankers should be in jail but so far have failed to provide any names or any evidence that could be used in court that supports your accusations.

As I said before, you are just ranting against them because you perceive them to be wealthy and powerful and you are envious.

What specific laws did he break and what evidence do you have that would stand up in court to support your accusations?
