A sporttrac adremlin is what i would of got if they didnt stop making them.

Yeah that is a good looking truck there. We looked at an adrenaline quite a while back. Really liked them but it wouldn't haul the trailer I use for my ATV so we had to pass and get the F150.

The trailer I had at the time was a 24 foot enclosed cargo trailer. I believed it weighed about 7000# empty. By the time we put our gear and atv's in it would have been way over. Unless you have a huge crazy trailer you should be fine. I sold the trailer a couple years ago and downsized to a smaller one.

Your good then. That truck is more than capable for that. The trailer I had was my old race car trailer. It was paid off so I didn't want to have to buy another one. I ended up doing that anyway. Oh well.

I rented an Edge on a trip and was VERY impressed by it.

I remember there is a model of VW that the window switches tend to go out just after warranty, and it is about $500 to replace just one. That got around and think hurt VW sales alot. Their new "beetle" also earned a reputation of being very unreliable. BMWs used to be known of outrageously expensive maintenance and repair costs. Taurus sales fell dramatically years ago when it learned they have bad transmissions (that go out after warranty). Mercedes now is earning a reputation of outrageous maintenance and repair costs that are hurting them. I really like top-end Mercedes, but don't recommend them to anyone for costs of maintenance and repairs.

Learned that one the hard way.

One thing that I don't care for regarding newer trucks, both Ford and Chevy/GM, is that they're too tall. I'm 5'-8", which is very average, and have a hard time reaching into the bed to access stuff. I had a 2002 F150 for several years and it was lower than the current models and it was perfect.

well i hope they bring it back and maybe one day ill get one
I also hope they bring some type of ranger back

they have one in Australia and people (car mags) seem to love it but for now its not planned to come here.

A ranger with the some type of new ecoboost though would be awesome

right now they have the 1.6, 2.0 and 3.5 out supposedly they are supposed to have 3 more out?????
and the 1.6 is getting revamped to a 1.5 and it had some issues.

so maybe a 3.0(Ranger) and a 4.0(type of mustang) ?????? that would crazy.

Heres the ford ranger in aussyland
