I would have supported it fully and openly.
I would have fallen in line and said nothing.
I would have said nothing openly, but not actively supported it.
I would have passively resisted.
I would have openly resisted and been outspoken against it.
I would have been willing to put myself physically in harms way to protect them.
I like to think I would have done #4 thru #6, but probably would have done #2 or #3.

Mace Windu: Then our worst fears have been realized. We must move quickly if the Jedi Order is to survive.
Would've depended on my family. In this reality, I'm of mixed descent; I can pass for white, but a lot of my family can't. If me and my family existed in 1930's Germany, I'd be trying to get my family out of there as quickly as possible-- unless one of my close kin gets killed, in which get case I get myself killed seeking revenge. If me and my family were lily-white standard-issue Deutschevolk, I'd probably go along to get along or even participate enthusiastically in order to get ahead. Being honest with myself, I probably would have gone along with a number of atrocities; I'm not burdened by an overabundance of conscience and even today I consider Nazism the lesser evil compared to the Soviets and international socialism.
In the end, though, I'd have probably ended up being executed anyway-- either for resisting the regime or being a part of it, or simply for coming down on the wrong side of some infighting. I just don't have the good sense to know when to keep my head down and my mouth shut.
Imagine a whole society living entirely within a "box" mindset, where they are completely unable to think outside the box. Now that would be tragic, but accomplishable in todays world.
