The Mickey Mouse reporting and the unprofessionalism of the president is astounding. For the most part, I hated almost every decision Bush made, but he was far more professional than Obama is.
Is that supposed to be a joke? Bush "more professional than Obama"??!!??

He was asked the question. Should he not have answered? Either way someone would have something to say about it.

The Obama administration are considering outlawing football because its too barbaric and exploits our youth when they should be focusing on education. All stadiums will be seized by the government and used for re-education, burning capitalistic literature, and to collect weapons from the populace. NFL players will train and play in 4 annual games that honor the state. First two games will celebrate Obamas birthday, Michelles birthday, and then Valerie Jarretts birthday. The last game will celebrate Karl Marxs birthday. All other games from pop warner to professional level will be illegal punishable by death.

With the Trayvon Martin case, I'd agree that out of line. Presidents have filled out a brackets for years so this is not an "Obama administration" thing. He also mentioned the Redskins name, offering his opinion up. He has no say in the matter. Who the hell cares? Do you make this big of a fuss when anyone else says something like it?

The Obama Administration is notorious for strictly controlling the media's access to the president. It would be incredibly naďve to think that he did not take the interview in the first place without at least some idea of what questions might come up.

The entire story basically stinks to high heaven of being an artificially manufactured puff piece; nothing more, and nothing less.

It is a distraction, basically meant to draw attention away from his failings as a president.
So? Voicing an opinion is a bad thing in this country to you? He admitted he had no stake in it. He said HE would, not that they had to change it. I think using THAT as a distraction for the last years is a bit of a weak argument, don't you? I've said it once and I'll say it again: Who. The. Hell. Cares. ?

Do you know what professionalism is? Do you know how silly it is for a president to be going on late night talk shows? The presidency is a joke right now.

Wow you provided TWO videos (one being a gaffe), good for you

So you think it's right and proper for the president to be appearing on late night comedy shows?

Depends upon the actions of the host and the president.

Disparaging a specific venue and then as a result of that personal opinion, saying that the president appearing on such a show denigrates the presidency with no mention of actions taken, appears to be attempting an unsupported justification for views held prior to the appearance.

So you think that is more important then handling the economy, unemployment, foreign policy, etc?

I don't think answering a question necessarily makes that question more important than anything else. It's certainly possible for Obama to voice his opinion on this, and still have the economy, unemployment, and foreign policy being far more important things in his mind.
