    No, teams make money. The NFL org operates entirely off dues from teams and does not profit.

    Dues paid to a non-profit organization are not taxed. Money paid to employees is not taxed. There is no profit to tax.

    Because this thread specifically addresses the NFL? I think all of those other groups ought to pay taxes too.
