It happened whether you want to believe it or not...President Bush accepts some of the blame and there is enough to go around.

On the morning of 9-11-01 Americas policy was established by the Clinton administration, Al Qaeda wasn't a national security issue but a law enforcement issue.

To make sure that law enforcement and national security agencies didn't share information regarding Al Qaeda because Al Qaeda was a law enforcement issue, not the CIA, NSA, ONI or military int elegance business, they were forbidden to share intelegance with each other. It was called the "WALL."

But President G.W. Bush didn't spend eight years blaming Clinton's failed terrorist policies.

It's all there in the "9/11 Commission Report." It goes all the way back to the Carter administration and who was in control of Congress back then to lay blame.

If you were to weigh all the blame on a scale, in fact the 911 Commission did, most of the blame weighs heavily on the Clinton administration.

So it's a failure of conservative ideology? Clinton being a tad more conservative than, say, Reagan, I mean.

and Clinton has to accept part of the blame for 2001. I have no clue what your talking about in 2009. Truth is after 2001 we had zero attacks under President Bush where we have numerous attacks under Obama.
Apparently you're now pretending the several posts we provided showing terrorist attacks on the US homeland between 2001 and 2009 didn't happen.

It's pathetic how you repeat arguments that were refuted pages ago.

We know you are wrong. We also know you will never admit you're wrong. Which is pretty embarrassing considering your claim to your age.
