Putin played Obama & Co. like a fiddle. They can't very well sit there with a comical look and an awe shucks, they have to try to save face...

So, when trying to take credit for what Putin did, who will look more ridiculous?

They both look stupid enough already.

You forgot to include yourself as an option. As this poll is nothing more than an Obama hater's glad handing pep rally.

Obama had painted himself in a corner. The diplomatic developments were his only way out. And he saved face rather nicely. This was the only way Obama and Putin stood a chance to both back down and save face at the same time.
By the time people realize that Syria will not comply, the spotlight will be off of the matter and we can get past this distraction and focus on bigger issues such as Iran, our debt, and the 45,000 Americans who die every year due to lack of proper medical care.

Ah ta ta ta....

Stick with the choices you were given...

As this poll, every other poll, and every post should be an Obama hater's glad handing pep rally.

The man is an abomination.

Besides, there is some hate for Kerry too...

Groundless? HA Wake up!

In his defense he also believes Pres. Obama was so effective in rallying supporters to his cause that Assad had no choice but to surrender his chemical weapons so clearly his posts are coming from an alternate universe.

Groundless scandals about Benghazi, the NSA and the IRS don't stick to him. This might.

Groundless? lol You forgot the DOJ, Fast and Furious.

They aren't groundless but you're right most of it won't stick to him.

The IRS targeting of conservative/Tea Party Groups has without a doubt been traced to one of but a couple of positions appointed by the president in that agency. And I believe he just recently resigned. Surprise surprise

The Bengazi scandal may not stick to Obama, but it looks like it's going to stick to Hillary like a pair of polyester panties on a hot humid day.

The NSA scandal isn't just Obama's. But what it has revealed is the expansion of the program under Obama. It has been a lesson for many when you give up liberty to the government for false security the price is too great.

But this whole Syria thing, after the last two weeks of Kerry, speaking on behalf of the president and the president in that message to the nation last night, he owns this one.
When the investigations are all completed, the administration will be offering up sacrificial sheeple like they always do to protect the president.

IN all honesty as long as we are not doing any military action in Syria I could care less who does or doesn't look ridiculous.

Oh, no..., no, no...for what Obama has done, he must suffer great and enduring humiliation, nothing less will do...

So you want to goad him into spending thousands of troop lives and billions of tax payer dollars on Syria because you want to humiliate Obama?

Neither. It is expected of both of them. Those that look most goofy are the true believers that actually buy into it and try to sell it.

Not at all. I've been against military action from the onset...

But by giving Obama **** over this you are basically saying Obama is a little ***** bitch who won't do nothing, thus encouraging him to strike Syria.

do l have to make a choice between two hypocrites

I wish I could check both...Kerry is so inept I can't figure out how he still has a job.

No, I'm basically saying the first part, but I'm not saying he won't do anything. I'm saying his puffy chested peacocking has made him look ridiculous. You don't go setting red lines and than say you didn't set a red line. You don't go making plans for war and than say you need but don't need Congress to approve it and you don't say you still might attack -- Congress be damned! Then, when someone else delivers an alternative you definitely don't turn around and say, "Look how colorful my peacock feathers are, aren't they beautiful? They've been the undoing of many, many men..."

He's a putz...

I wasn't aware anyone had to participate under duress? You're free to if you'd like...

True :lamo

I just read an article at Politico that the op-ed writer Obagy and Syria researcher for the Institute for the Study of War who was cited by Kerry and McCain during the hearings to build support for our involvement in Syria got fired yesterday for lying about her credentials. The list of clowns grows daily.

WSJ op-ed writer Elizabeth O

She was fired but I don't know if it is that big of a deal.

I guess it's technically wrong to call yourself a doctor when you haven't actually received your doctorate but at this point she completed all the studying, submitted her dissertation, successfully defended it, and is basically just waiting for them to hand her the paper that officially recognizes it.

There are others checking out the story and they seem to think it to be much more than what you stated.

Meh. They're entitled to their opinions but as your article states:

It is certainly possible that O'Bagy's WSJ op-ed is 100% accurate.

For me that's what matters here.

This might be a gloat worthy "gotcha moment" for partisans but I don't see how this really affects the argument one way or the other.
