We are damned if we do and damned if we don't. I would rather be damned and not spend a dime or waste American lives on Syria than be damned and spend a **** load of money and American lives on Syria.

I'm kind of surprised that so far nobody has come up with the most obvious answer.....Bush did it to make Obama look bad and to keep oil prices up for his buddies in the business.

I replied that Syria did it, but that's a belief that Syria did it. Not that I know for a fact who did it. Two different things.
In reality, I don't know who did it, at this time.
Much is made of Kerry saying he believes with all his heart that Syria did it. That's well and good, but wasn't he fooled by the so-called evidence he saw for Iraq? And he was on the Foreign Relations Committee. And more than belief is needed, when you're talking about killing people and dropping bombs in other countries. What is needed is proof.
