"you're better off on Stormfront discussing how evil brown men are taking innocent white flowers." Infinite Chaos
i just want to see if you are uneducated enough about this topic to double down on it and try to defend it
run away from it and dodge it like you have been doing
simply man up, show integrity and admit you were wrong/made a mistake
we are waiting, how in the world does "giving atheist rights takes away religious peoples rights"
my money is on run away and dodge again
Quote honestly I don't think we should waste time or energy on this. Just get some white out and fix the obvious unconstitutional law.
The Crowd is not the sum of its parts.
but then again since the laws are so mentally insane you would think the process would be very easy to remove them as the vast majority would just agree.

I disagree with these state constitutions and laws, someone who is an atheist shouldn't have their philosophy barring them from a government office.
However, is atheism a religion and protected? The constitution guarantees religious freedom and atheism isn't a religion. By law it appears that a state can deny people the ability to hold an office if they are a person who is not willing to accept that God exists. It's a state's rights issue, but I think it's wrong. I'm against it, but I also don't think such a practice violates the current US Constitution unless atheism becomes a protected religion or classified as one.
