Buddy of mine married a woman from Columbia back in the 90's
she told of government troops being sent down to the dump to shoot people pickin' garbage
burial was was simple.
 
Recipients should definitely be cleaning the streets and all that community work. I don't believe in money for nothing. However I don't believe in drug testing. I seen stats from States that do it where thousands of dollars are spent on testing and only a handful fail. Money is lost because of testing. It's a diminished return.

The money is lost because they keep getting welfare even after they fail the test. If they were actually kicked off the rolls, it could be possible for the program to be a money saver overall.

Or better yet sentance you to 1 year on "welfare" you crow about. Then when you are arrested for "child endangerment" because you pee, and no place has a public bathroom, and you have
