They won't, America has become the land of the scared and home of the slave (to a nanny state).

Bman McFly you and I know this to be the case. The XBox generation will never get up off the couch and even if they did
it wouldn't make a bit of difference because they are all totally useless anyway. Also the ever dwindling number of middle-aged Conservatives
have too much to lose and won't admit that they are looking forward to either collecting or continuing to collect them social security checks
and all the other entitlement goodies that Santa has promised them so yeah I was just kiddin'

Re: Which of these scandals is/are phony?

I voted 'none of the above'.

Benghazi: information keeps rolling out of this one. Four-hundred surface to air missiles were stolen, the C.I.A. was gunrunning (which means the Syrian 'red line' rhetoric was propaganda), survivors have been intimidated and Americans died without any type of rescue effort coming to their aid. More info will hopefully come out.

I.R.S. targeting: I'm not a partisan kind of person, so I wasn't mad at the fact that primarily conservatives were targeted, I was instead outraged that Americans were being unfairly harassed by a governmental agency because of their political beliefs.

N.S.A. spying on Americans: I have a major ****ing problem with this and anyone who says that it is a non-issue is a ****ing moron. I'm all for spying, you know, on our enemies (and so-called allies), but not every single American citizen that is using a phone and the Internet. It's unConstitutional. Yeah, yeah, "but the FISA court says," kind of like the last administration legalized torture and waterboarding. Simply put, you're a fool to support the government spying on you.

A.T.F. gunwalking: when I read the documents that were released, the whole operation just did not make *any* sense. Besides arming an enemy of the U.S. and our southern neighbor, this blown op lead to deaths of good people.

Yes, think all these would not be considered phony and be a nightmare if it were the Bush Administration in power and this were being done against liberals? You think that if something like this had happened back then that the liberals would not be screaming until they were hoarse? Mass demonstrations blocking streets, signs, chants of some inane slogan, "Liberals targeted by Bush and Cheney, do you think we are stupid or insanie?" or some such tripe...

It did happen under Bush. Hell, he even targeted the Amish.

AUSTAN GOOLSBEE: I think the world vests too much power, certainly in the president, probably in Washington in general for its influence on the economy, because most all of the economy has nothing to do with the government.

How would you ever know, liberals at the time never said even a single bad word about old GW, did they?

Ya, the hypocrisy almost makes it worse... These democrats hate it when bush does it. Then they love that Obama does it and use their failure to stop bush as a justification.

So many don't care about the crimes as long as they are in the party committing them...

Never claimed that. Only that he did much the same.
