    1.) CHRISL!!!! LOL

since its you and i know you area good poster and i like you and respect you i wont harp on this because i know its just a mistake and you arent being dishonest

but i havent denied anything, not one time

what i have done is pointer out the facts that if a company is hiring based on race they are breaking the law and they are NOT practicing AA/EO

2.) im well aware of where they stem from, doesnt change the fact of how effective they are today and how they have changed

3.) this is simply not true since they factually benefit us all

How do they "factually" benefit all of us, whatever that's supposed to mean.

oh goodness gracious, I know you dont fully understand AA/EO but do you not know how it works and what it does at all?

In the US AA refers to equal opportunity employment measures. This measures help prevent discriminating against employees on the basis of race, sex, creed, religion, color, or national origin. ALso five more recent statutes have listed other traits as "protected classes:
The Age Discrimination Act has protected those aged 40 and over
The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 protects individuals who possess, or are thought to possess, a wide range of disabilities, ranging from paraplegia to Down Syndrome to autism.
The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 forbids discrimination on the basis of family history and genetic information.[5]
The Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 forbids discrimination on the grounds of a worker's military history, including any effects that the battlefield might have had on the worker's psyche.
Twelve states, over one hundred local governments, and the District of Columbia[6] have passed statutes that forbid discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation; also, the Employment Non-Discrimination Act would allegedly make sexuality a protected class, but this bill has yet to pass Congress.

I can also give you many links if you like.

We have laws that cover all of those things. They are all illegal. We don't need AA for any of those things.

Everybody knows that AA is aimed at hiring practices and college admissions to make sure they have enough minority students to satisfy a quota. Now you can go on denying it and saying that AA is some great equalizer, but it most certainly isn't when people with merit are overlooked because of someone else's skin color or gender. It is enough that all of those forms of discrimination are illegal.

1.)nope see this is where you are 100% wrong, as already proven multiple times with links and i could even provide court cases too qoutas are illegal and those caught using them suffer consequences. Facts prove your statement wrong.
2.) again not denying anything you are simply stating something that is NOT AA/EO and no matter how many times you call it that you wil be factually wrong as already proven with facts and links.
3.) obviously not since we all benefit from AA/EO today
