This CIA scandal is getting bigger every day and IMO someone is going to have to fall on the sword before it reaches Obama himself. I think Holder will resign and say he is 100% responsible and that Obama knew nothing about this (as usual). Then Obama can come out and say" It's OVER! A big head has rolled and this ends the investigation." Only time will tell if this tactic works.

I don't understand how he wasn't fired over the fast and furious fiasco. Holder is an incompetent moron. How he can find a job that doesn't involve flipping burgers is mind boggling.

Didn't vote because the no option wasn't quite right IMO. The answer I believe is No not yet, but Obama won't stand by him per se. Obama will keep him there until his resignation is useful. Either to distract from a scandal the White House just can't shake or to be the goat ala Ollie North.

Resign? For what? Trying to undo the mess from the previous administration with their illegal wars, corporate greed wallstreet fat cats, halliburton, sending our economy into oblivion. Holder needs to stay and continue to do his job of making sure those rebel rouser tea party folk stay in line and keep journalists and every other american in line that goes against this administration. Hope and change is under attack america and don't you forget it...

I think this turd will require the hose and a stick.

Though he'd do so for a supreme court appointment, and Obama seems to have a habit of promoting the corrupt, racist, and incompetent people around him.Triple dip for Obama. He'd love him some of that. just a shame he's not a man and only black, would have been a grand slam.

holder would best serve the president by resigning
he equated news gathering with spying
the media is rightfully incensed by that
the head of our system of justice cannot make such fundamental mistakes and still be found capable to do that job
if he does not resign, he will become a massive weight upon the Obama administration
the media will assure it

this again documents Obama's fundamental weakness. he is a terrible judge of talent

Well, Van Jones is "talented" at what he does. But the President surely showed poor judgment when he appointed him "green czar."

Looks like he lied about signing off personally on the Rosen e-mails:

Eric Holder Signed Off On Decision To Subpoena Fox News Telephone Records

Holder Signed Off on Warrant Identifying Fox News Reporter as Criminal Conspirator | Threat Level | Wired.com

Attorney General Eric Holder signed off on the controversial warrant application that the Justice Department used to obtain the personal emails of a Fox News reporter.

The warrant, which was obtained after the Justice Department identified Fox News reporter James Rosen as a possible criminal co-conspirator for communicating with a source who allegedly supplied him with classified information, allowed investigators to obtain two days’ worth of email correspondence from Rosen’s personal Gmail account.

Holder said previously that he had recused himself from a separate leak investigation that involved reporters for the Associated Press, but did not do so in this case, and personally signed off on the warrant to obtain the reporter’s emails, according to NBC. Holder recused himself in the previous case involving AP, because he said he himself had been questioned by investigators as a witness in that leak investigation.

In light of the controversy over this and another leak investigation that involved the work and personal phone records of reporters at the AP, President Barack Obama said in a recent speech that Holder has agreed to review the Justice Department’s guidelines for handling investigations that involve journalists and journalist records.

You said you hadn't heard about it, knew nothing at all about it in fact. Now you have. You're welcome.:)
Where did I say I've haven't heard of it? I still want YOU to tell me what he lied about.

Yes, Holder is going to meet with certain big media outlet heads off-the-record.

Do you see a problem with the AG investigating his own Department? I do.

From CBS News:

House Judiciary Republicans, in their letter, raise the possibility that Holder perjured himself by issuing an ironclad denial of any involvement in the investigation and potential prosecution of reporters. "The media reports and statements issued by the Department regarding the search warrants for Mr. Rosen's emails appear to be at odds with your sworn testimony before the Committee," they wrote. "We believe - and we hope you will agree - it is imperative that the Committee, the Congress and the American people be provided a full and accurate account of your involvement in and approval of these search warrants."

Will you ever get tired of or embarrassed for saying Obama doesn't have a clue as to what is going on in his administration?

why not speak the truth as you see it

I don't think Holder is going anywhere, he probably has dirt on everyone including Obama.

Torture, killing, invasions, chaos, death, destruction, collusion, double dealing, lying, misrepresentation, deception were all initiated and approved by the previous administration of GWBush, the First Moron, and so no laws have been broken, as far as I can tell. Now, if, and I say if and until you can catch him in a copy room getting a vacuum pulled on his love muscle, you're SOL. That's reality, don't ya' know?

granted, this doesn't compare to the **** that gonzales did or winked at
but then that is a piss poor barometer to use to benchmark holder's performance
whee, he's not as bad as gonzales. he only sucks at his job

I'm not sure what you mean by that. Are you agreeing that Obama doesn't seem to have a clue what is going on around him?

no. i am saying he is an awful evaluator of talent
holder is only the latest evidence of it
