I think we should go back to having our state delegates pick the President

Don't see the need, it is already strongly implied in existing Cons't and Amendments.

if you had bothered to check other posts I made, and you are under no compunction to do so, you would have read I'm AGAINST felons regaining the right to vote.

And congress is not restrained from infringing on voter rights.

William Howard Taft Lecture-University of Cincinnati Law School circa 2001 or 2002. Former NAACP counsel and far left legal scholar Pamela Karlan spoke about reenfranchising convicted felons. She noted if felons could vote, Gore would have won easily because most felons-when they can and do vote vote for Dems. Why do you think the Dem party was funding her effort to reenfranchise felons?

    Cruel and unusual?

Ok, let's take a lesson from earlier epochs, and TRANSPORT criminals so they AREN"T enjoying the society they abused!
Now, where is a good remote harsh unpopulated land mass. Seems only Antarctica is left. Send them there! Dressed in a thong!
Country club prisons have created an environment where prisoners **** each other in the ass, lift weights and sell drugs. Prisoners need to be worked so hard each day that they're too tired to commit crimes in prisons.
