Oh...you said "Automatic Weapons ban" but no automatic weapons were banned in the AWB of 1994. Automatic weapons were banned in 1986 under President Reagan, 8 years before the AWB you're talking about.

Imagine if you couldn't buy any cell phone made after 1994. Where would that leave you today? Doesn't the 1st Amendment protect your access to a modern Droid or iPhone, and doesn't the 4th Amendment protect you from the government taking copies of your pictures and contacts from your phone?

It's true that you don't need 10 bullets to kill a dear, just as you don't need 4G to make a phone-call.

Theses are good analogies Jerry. I simply do not have the time until the end of this semester to study enough to debate you 2nd amendment folks. Even then, you people are miles ahead of me. I believe it is incumbent on you folks to put forth something more preferable to you than Toomey/Manchin or state why we should stand pat on guns while everything guns does not stand pat.
