Should Holder be forced to resign.

It seems Eric has been running Obama's justice dept like a new age Gestapo, time to go Eric

."Attorney General Eric Holder signed off on a controversial search warrant that identified Fox News reporter James Rosen as a “possible co-conspirator” in violations of the Espionage Act and authorized seizure of his private emails, a law enforcement official told NBC News on Thursday."

I prefer "Fired for cause" as opposed to "forced to resign"

Holder OK'd search warrant for Fox News reporter's private emails, official says - Open Channel
He won't be publicly asked to resign. But if this story doesn't die down, if more information comes out, I predict he'll suddenly decide to go into private business.

I suspect you are correct, sadly.

Well instead of private business, he will become a professor of ethics at some law school or something.

I agree, but I don't think it's if more information comes out, but when.

Another manufactured crisis. I don't think he'll resign or be asked to resign. Keerissst, he's got dozens of poker games to close and legal marijuana clinics to close. He's way too busy to resign. Just too damn busy to arrest banksters and hedge frauds and LIBOR magnates. You act like snoopin' roun' in your emails ain't legal. Woe unto thee. It's the land o' th free. That'd be the gov'ts free to snoop any place they pleases because of the inherited terrorist agenda from GWBush. "They hate us for our freedoms." (GWBUSH-first moron)

Usually such decisions are made when something is in its embryonic stage but it's obvious to the insiders its going to be big. Holder has held firm through many scandals that would have made other attorneys general step down. He is the only U.S. cabinet member ever to held in contempt of Congress. AG's usually don't stay in office as long as Holder.
The morality of abortion is not a religious belief, any more than the morality of slavery, apartheid, rape, larceny, murder or arson is a religious belief. These are norms of the natural law of mankind and can be legislated even in a completely religionless society.
