The cia mission was to facilitate the re-acquisition and redirect the weapons. The rebels present in Benghazi Lybia didn't appreciate the recollection operation, and therefore attacked the mission, as the theory goes.

I'm sure the CIA was up to all sorts of crap. You've heard, I am sure, of all the allegations of illegal torture where the interrogation films were "lost". I would not be surprised of anything regarding CIA activity.

THe GOP will probably win seats because they have a motivated dedicated base who shows up for Midterms elections. THe D's have everyone else--and everyone else only votes once every 4 years. I'm not voting in November. Why bother? I'm not that concerned with local elections, and our congressman, Boehner, runs unopposed. My wifeisn't going to vote either, I suspect. Just to give a pair of examples.

However, there is a chance that this Benghazi overreach crap and the Obamacare successes coupled with RW obstruction in Red States gets out some D votes which would otherwise have stayed home.
I hate to be the one to break this to you, however Fox is the leading cable news network. That suggests that the average American is more likely to watch Fox News then any other network. And according to opinion polls the majority of Americans want congress to get to the bottom of the Benghazi scandal. And that is not all the democrats will have going against them in the midterms. Obamacare will actually do them more damage. Add to that the fact that in the Senate, the Democrats will have a lot more vulnerable seats up for grabs.

Like I said, I don't know but there are real questions out there. Maybe we'll just leave it there as we seem to have come to a place of partial agreement.

If the GOp exposes CIA malfeasance, I'll take my hat off to them.

THe average American does not watch much news. Hence, Fox has only about 2 million viewers instead of 20 million, like American Idol or whatever is really hot on TV.

According to Nielsen data through Dec. 8, Fox News Channel averaged 1.774 million viewers in primetime (down 13% from 2012) and 297,000 adults 25-54 (down 30%). It was followed by MSNBC with 645,000 viewers and 203,000 adults 25-54 (down 29% in both); CNN with 578,000 (down 15%) and 187,000 adults 25-54 (down 16%); and HLN with 403,000 total viewer (up 21%) and 142,000 in the demo (up 27%).

Most people do not care about this crap. Hence the low turnout in midterms.

The CIA op was under the banner of the state department, therefore the GOP will rip Hillary and downplay the CIA involvement....

The "real truth", if anyone has even managed to figure it out yet, would be in thousands of pages of investigative results, which interest neither journalist nor congress-critter.
Perhaps DiAnna should stay a bit more current on the news. Issa will not be chairing the latest Investigation. Rep Gowdy will.

Turning the death of an ambassador into this 3 ring circus for political gain is despicable.
Are you afraid something will come out of it that will hurt your party in the midterms?

I don't care what it is....as long as the truth finally comes out.
