    Fate of the Boston Bomber

I'm not sure if this has already been discussed so I'm just to go give it a shot...

What should be done with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev?

He should be put in jail for the rest of his life.

I agree. A lot of people want to see his head on a silver platter, but that would only create a Martyr among radical Muslims and other terrorists who share his radical views, especially in the Caucuses.

Given a fair trial and then sentenced if found guilty. Easy answer

If found guilty, I see no reason for us tax payers to continue paying for his incarceration. Whether he is alive or dead, if the terrorist wish to use him a martyr or a symbol for rallying against America, they will.

Why "preferably maximum security"? It's some dumbass kid who bought into his older brother's psychosis. It's not like he's a danger to other inmates or capable of daring escape. It's not like the piece crap is Hannibal Lector.

For his own protection, he'll be in solitary for the rest of his life.

I don't think the level of prison security matters.

No, not soliary confinement for the rest of his life. I find that horribly cruel. Really. Horribly cruel. I wish he could be segregated from prisoners, though, so as not to "find his calling" to be converting others to Radical Islam.

Notice, I made a statement of fact, not a recommendation. I've no interest in cruelty, but that guy wouldn't last a minute in general pop, let alone worse blocks.

If he's not in solitary he'll be shanked within a week.

Estimates are that 20% of our prison population is Muslim. He's young. He's not bad looking. It may depend on who marries him.
