Fate of the Boston Bomber

What should we do with the Boston Bomber thats still alive?

  • Life in Prison; Preferably maximum security

Put him in gen-pop and tell Mad Dog that you'll turn your head for 15 seconds, and there's a pack of cigarettes in it for him if it's done painfully.
 
To balance out some of the suggestions, I say he gets the wagging finger and 'tsk tsk' from the UN and leave it at that.

In addition, they sue the state for millions if/when it's proven they're innocent, which of course they can't if they've been executed. New Jersey i know added a fast-track program to expunge their records and 'compensate' such people in hopes it will dissuade them from suing. They'd be better off hiring full-time professional, competent juries.

Interesting for sure, but I don't know how I feel about professional jurors. I would have to learn a little more about that process.
 
We have seven (7) here still living in the past , the dark ages....
Revenge has no place in justice.
Ship him to Russia, if they will have him......it will save us hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Otherwise, a lifetime of slave labor in a prison.....

Okay... So I guess they are. Having peers to be the jury of their own kind then seems to work if you follow this model for now there is peace between the two of you is there?

But what if they prefer the Shariah law to condemn Tsarnev?

Yeah them! In one level it really gets to me to see them. So they hide their wives for they want all their virtues to be observed by their husband alone, but they keep freely looking at mine! They use this as an advantage "I can watch yours while you can't watch mine. If you want to hide your as well join Islam!"

The jury would consist of Tsarnev's peers. But "peers" is vague. In which of Tsarnev's peers were you hinting?

It could be peers in many realms such as: student peers, professional working peers, religious peers, neighborhood peers, etc.
