What doesn't affect our decision making ability? I'd say that if it's a part of us, defines us individually, then it is going to affect our decision making ability. Sure, you can pony up, play the public relations game, and spew pleasant propaganda stating how unbiased you are. But those $.05 ploys don't work with real people living in the real world. As robotic and removed as we try to be, we are involved and very much human.

then explain further

how do you think gay decision making is different from straight decision making ans explain in your opinion wht the gay is unfavorable to you.

So, you are agreeing that a candidate being straight will affect their decision making ability, correct?

Anyone that would alter their vote in the slightest because a POTUS candidate was gay is a lousy voter.

What's next?

Don't vote for POTUS's with shoe sizes over 10? If they part their hair on the left? If they like tomatoes?

If everything were fine in this country I just might, but after seeing the racial divisiveness Obama has caused since being in office....I just don't know. If a black president can make racial issues worse, I can only imagine what a gay president would do. Sorry, but I would proceed with great caution. You liberals should have thought about all this before electing Obama, but you didn't.

What racial divisiveness did he cause?

Like Americans were totally un-racist and simply by his candidacy, that instantly created racism in people who previously had none?

Ahh...no.

His candidacy just showed that Americans as a whole are FAR more racist then they had thought/hoped.

And what the heck is a gay president going to cause?

People that were suddenly straight are going to be transformed into 'gay'?

All that would happen is a bunch of overzealous, ding dongs would say how wrong it is that the Prez is gay, thump their Bibles for a while and go home in a huff...big deal.

And I am not a lib or a con, btw.

He didnt
"Obama" didnt cause anything at all

obama actually got himself reelected twice by his ablity to bring people together, thats a simple fact

the division that is in politics(media politics i call it) has been brewing for a while way before obama
division among race is better overall by far lol
but the people that have a problem with race are louder then they have been because theres a minority in the office.

And be clear that goes for all races.

But OVERALL race issues are the better than ever in general.

To put it in a saying the Squeaky well has gotten smaller but it is also louder than its been in the past.

I would not after seeing all the ridiculous press about Jason Collins, when it becomes no big deal in the media and the minds of people I might change my vote but until homosexuals are comfortable with themselves enough to act like normal people I will not support them in any office.

Yeah sure...as long as that person shared most of my views...I'd have no issue with it.
