Mankind Is Inherently:

Evil
Good
Neither good nor evil.
Other

Other-Mankind is ignorant of the manipuilations ongoing by power structures.

At the root of it all, neither. Life situations and tribulations shape a person and their personal moral code or lack thereof.

I'd like to say people are essentially more good than evil, however, those same people can be manipulated to be total assholes if the wrong silver tongued person shows up.

Yet, the typical person is not an asshole or some terrible person. I'm of the opinion that average person is simply trying to live and get on with their lives on a daily basis. Nothing devious. Unlike some, I have faith in my fellow man.

Another round of nature vs nurture, eh?

the answer is neither

good/evil are made up subjective terms that dont have factual definitions and even worse have many subjective loops holes and exceptions on top of their made up extensions etc etc

who gets to decide what is factually good?
who gets to decide what is factually bad?

nothing so its all subjective.

No one can inherently be good or evil; the title contains logical flaw, however, many contributors with posts, interesting.

Mostly, yes.

Yes, I am inherently evil. My nature is self serving, my nature is to assume that I am the judge of right and wrong or good and evil just like every other human's inerrant evil nature.

The default nature is to be evil, people can chose to do good deeds but our inherent nature is evil.

So are birds evil? What about fish? Penguins? Deer?

Are all animals evil, or just humans?

Such a term is something we only use for humans far as I've seen. Animals have no moral code, they just live on instinct under natural circumstances.

All of the above. Humans are individual, comes with the whole sentience gig. You can't say any one behavioural trait applies to the whole species.

To be good or evil you need to know the difference, only man can discern that, remember we ate the apple from then tree of knowledge.

From reading some of their posts, I'd say some people never got anywhere near the Tree of Knowledge or its' fruit.
