I can't say anything about whether you have half a brain, because I am British, and that is trolling. Heil McCarthy and Censorship!

I voted no - not because I'm anti-2nd Amendment, but because I believe Civil Rights are about deeper things than the choice to own something. Civil Rights are based on gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, et. al. Civil Rights are those rights that make us all equal.

Gun owners, while they have a right to own such property as protected by the Constitution, are not a "class of people". They are people who have chose to take part in the ownership of a certain piece of property.

If you think the right to arms is merely about "owning property," then you just don't understand it at all. If you think the right to arms isn't about "equality," then you just don't understand it at all.

The arms themselves are no more the point than the printing press is for freedom of the press.

This touches on a point that I have made before about those on the far wrong—to them, “freedom” is about evil, degrading, destructive things, such as pornography, sexual immorality, drug abuse, obscenity, and so on; and that they tend to be opposed to genuine freedoms relating to the right to keep and bear arms, property rights, religious freedom, holding and expressing opinions and beliefs that they don't like, and so on.

In this case, we have an example of someone on the far wrong openly stating that engaging in a disgusting sexual perversion is a more important liberty that keeping and bearing arms.

That's your deal, not mine.

I support all civil rights as long as they don't objectively harm others. Gay sex does not. Many liberals support only rights that allow them to attack traditional American Greatness while some conservatives want the government to intrude into one's bedroom

we have too many restrictions as it is
