I haven't followed the story closely, but I figure somewhere between shooting him in the face, slitting his throat, and stabbing him more than 2 dozen times in the chest, a self-defense claim went from shaky to laughable. She's guilty.

Then again, so were Casey Anthony and O.J. :shrug:

none that admitted it and I never heard anyone ask people if they enjoyed butt plugs,dildos or other devices that some people insert in their rears for pleasure.

then again I cannot think of a case I have either tried or served as a jury consultant on (well above 150 or so) where it would be relevant.

there was recently a claim that it was actually OJs son who did the deed.

I still think he was guilty though

Casey Anthony-yeah she should have gotten "ted bunny crispy"

I don't really see how any of the sexcapades are relevant to this case either, but they seem to be languishing in them. :shrug: Maybe they're trying to make some correlation between that and her being unstable or something. I don't know.

I have to say that I was shocked when Casey Anthony got off with a slap on the hand. :roll: I can't understand why she wasn't charged with child neglect or child abuse at the very least.

The prosecution didn't make its case.

But she did it and has to live with that truth for the rest of her life. I wonder what it's like to be a pariah.

I hope she has a miserable life. I still can't believe she got away with killing her beautiful little girl. I really do think she did it accidentally. My theory (as is many others) is that she wanted to party and the kid was in the way, so she locked little Caylee in the trunk of her car with duct tape on her mouth so no one would hear her when she cried, and she ended up suffocating. It makes me ill to think about that poor little thing suffering like that.

Sorry, off topic, but the Casey Anthony case really bothers me.

I've seen her name in headlines (and in thread titles here at DP), but I haven't read a single thing regarding her case or situation, so I'm definitely out of the loop on this one. I have noticed that public opinion is running pretty strong against her, though.
