Given the changing times, would you rather live in another country?

Many things are changing in the United States, and many things have remained the same (war, for example). Gun policies are changing, health care is changing drastically, economy is in the dumps, etc etc. I am not deeming any of these issues negative or positive because to each, his own. I am simply curious to see how many Americans are either satisfied and want to continue living here, or are unsettled and wish to leave.

    Vote and discuss.

I wouldn't mind living Canada or Europe awhile, but it has less to do with those things and more that they are interesting places to me. I could see myself living in Toronto for the rest of my life if necessary and be perfectly happy, but not so much other places

Since I am not a doctor or some other sought after skill, I would not be allowed to move to any of the places I would likely want to. Any place that might be better to live in than the US does not let just anyone in.

Spent enough time in Switzerland for a job once to say, yeah, I would move there if I could. Don't know anywhere else that I know I would want to live.

I would rather continue living here, but they aren't making it an easy choice.

Exactly, this is where I stand. I've just got this nameless dread about the future of this country... something doesn't feel right. I would want to get out, if I chose to do so, while I still could.

It's not easy to give up all you know, family, friends, a way of life. I've contemplated it, but I'm not sure I'm willing to give it all up. Canada could be a likely choice, but damn, the winters are cold up there.....

I'm pretty sure I'd like Germany. If for nothing more than the Nurburgring. Frankly, though...globalism isn't just about businesses. You think anything being done in this country, is not soon to follow in other countries?

Remember communism, and how we "cured" it?

It's OUR way, or the HIGHWAY. Just ask Sadam.

And I know a couple people up there for pit stops, lol. I guess I'd need to bring my thermals.

Ya, it is tough. I just don't want to be here if **** really hits the fan... I've read a lot about people proposing to abolish the current government, because it has become too powerful, as the constitution says to do. People are talking about "Civil War II" and I really don't want my family here if it comes to that.
