I don't like wearing a lot of clothes....shorts, t shirt, flip flops and I'm happy.

    I have thought about Canada.
IMO, they are more civilized and advanced than us...
But, I am stuck here, too lazy to move....like a turtle....and our nation does have its qualities.

    That's how I like it.
Although If I could live in a sub tropic or tropics climate, I'd be happier.
Something like +5 here today not too cold but itll be slushy out especially as ill propbably go for a walk in the forest with the kids (they love this temp as its easy to make snowmen/snowballs) they will however come home soaking wet, but then what's the point in being a kid if you dont roll around in wet snow from time to time?

Bleh, it practically never snows here.
My kids would love a good snow though.
Def one benefit of cold weather.

It's on a list of possible locations.
We prefer to take vacations during the winter anyway, usually work is slow at that time.

Well my french is crap and I've heard Quebecians can be rude.
    Any truth to the latter?

Quebec city is a tourist city and they know it. You will have no problem in english and I would not call them rude at all but very friendly though not necessarily overly polite.
