Do you get bonus points on certain tests for being white? Do you get hired for being white at certain places as a "token" to even the status quo?

1 & 2.)yes they have and they do, FACT
and yes SOME schools also give an edge to minorities or women or disabled or military etc doesnt change anything

3.) yes some places only hire whites or try thier best, NO place is allowed to do this though just like no place is allowed to do what you said to even status quo, qoutas are illegal and still doesnt change the fact many places discriminate against non whites, just like im sure there are places that have discriminated against whites.

Does a 7 foot tall person have an innate advantage over a person who is 5 foot tall when it comes to basketball? Of course. It would be mindnumbingly retarded to try to claim otherwise.

Does the fact that a 5 foot tall person has an innate advantage over a 7 foot tall person when it comes to finding a car with a backseat that they can sit in comfortably do a single ****ing thing to eliminate the existance of the advantage that the 7 footer has in basketball? No?!?!? How is that if, as you say, "Not everyone can be advantaged, because it means that someone has to be disadvantaged"?

Apparently the issue is a partisan issue because the conservative/libertarian/republican consensus is that racism is no longer a significant problem and all attempts to address the issue are discriminatory towards whites and/or political manipulation by blacks and liberals. However, as your links show, white privilege is alive and well. For many people, it is like describing water to a fish.
