Ray Lewis..........

Only in America can a thug rat out his friends to avoid going to jail for murder, only to be idolized by a bunch of guys who wish they were him....

No doubt, we'll be told at least 20 times on Sunday what a great "family man" he is.........

Let's hope the 49ers show him that thuggery doesn't pay.

As a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, I'm hoping for a power failure, Goddell cancelling the game because New Orleans doesn't love him any more, or some act of God, with no injuries or fatalities, that causes Super Bowl XLVII not to happen.

If it does, I'll have to take Baltimore since I don't want to see any other team, especially from San Francisco, a city responsible for Nancy Pelosi, to have as many rings as the Steelers (6). (this is a politics site, thus the Pelosi reference)

Frankly, my love, I don't give a damn.
The so-called super bown is over everything, excessive to the excessive.
Ruined by greed.

I'm a softie for the ones that haven't had a title in a while. San Fran.

I give the edge to the Ravens, but I don't really care about either team.

Born in Denver, my whole family Broncos fans. I wanted my dad to have another good year. We had two good years watching his team kill it after those disappointing moments...so I was hoping to see another one.

I thought this would be our year, but for some reason the Broncos decided the divisional playoffs would be a good time to not show up.

Tommy Boy.

We have a friend who's very sick, most likely dying truth be told. We see them when/if she's feeling well enough. Last Thursday, they called and asked us to have dinner with them Sunday at 5:30 and go back to their house for a movie. I, of course, immediately said yes, and told Tom when he got home from work. "Great!" he said. Me? I'd forgotten about the Super Bowl.

I remembered it yesterday and asked Tom if he'd forgotten about it. "Nah, I didn't forget," he said. "They're just more important right now."

He's a winner. He's the best.

Ah, so that is your team too.

I admit I am the ultimate sport fan's hated person: the fairweather fan. Of course, when I was a kid, I focused on the 90's most popular teams, and then by the late 90s I was uninterested in sports in general.

Well, it's a nice pastime for sundays.

Easy choice for me. John Harbaugh was never a QB at Michigan. Niners all the way.

What is "the Super Bowl"? That's what I asked myself before searching it. I'd rather watch NBA. :)

I actually hate football and have never sat through an entire game. I find no entertainment value in it (that's just me, I know I'm in the microscopic minority of guys that don't like sports/football).

I am still hoping that the Ravens win though because Baltimore is close to my hometown.

Heya has anyone heard about the increased security for this years Superbowl? News stations are reporting way more security than last year.

While the Ravens may have won the game, the real winners of the Superbowl IMO are Beyonce and Destiny's Child. :)

Ya know, you're in Bama now. You can let those west coast and frozen tundra years go and be a fan of good football. We will welcome you with open arms to the winner's club: East Coast NFL, SEC, ACC, Texas teams... it's all there for you, reach out and take it.

I didn't graduate from Alabama. I graduated from Michigan.

But you don't have to stay with losers. Grow with us. There's a reason God brought you to Bama - redemption.
