The time is overdue for us to lift the travel ban to Cuba. Let ordinary Americans see just what Communism has done and what the free market is doing and will do to rectify it.

And who determines whether that freedom has been "earned?"

Based on the Duties and Responsibilities of a Citizen which should be outlined in the Constitution.

You did not answer my question, "Who determines whether that freedom has been earned?"

Those who re-write the Constitution to correct its flaws. I would suggest that means those of us willing to make those changes.

And who decides who gets to re-write the Constitution? Just because someone is willing to make the change doesn't mean they "earned" the freedom to do so.

Those changes aren't going to come based on elections, but on Revolution. I would suggest that sort of change does earn a group the right to rewrite the rules.
