I like Christie. He is truly a moderate republican. It is honorable, not a shame, that he is willing to work with the president. You'd think that the Washington republicans would take a look at his popularity numbers and follow suit. Apparently not, sadly

I heard Chris Christie eats 2 boxes of crispy cream donuts a day, Can anyone confirm that?

If so I think we need to get Michell Obama on that right away......

For the next phoney photo op these 2 have they wont look like such an odd couple strolling down the beach together.

He's realized he's not getting any further in his party, so he's feathering his bed by puppying up to the opposing party. The first to go roundheels like this always gets a few treats, and those will help him with re-election. So, he won't be nominated for higher office, but he figures at least he can keep this one and get a few perks as payoff.

Remember, this is a Jersey politician we're talking about. Most likely his motives are not what most of us would call pure.

The best I can say about this post is that it is odd.
More truthfully is that it is silly and childish.

Christie has become a Democrat, without the honor of switching parties.

How so? Support of the president does not mean you are a part of his party. Beyond that, parties are ridiculous labels that ain't growth and progression just as President Washington created it would

    Well...

    1. After giving the keynote nomination speech for Romney, he turned around and declared Obama is "doing a great job!"
    2. while also then boycotting all Romney functions.
    3. He then went on to condemn ALL Republicans in Congress,
    4. declared he supports further expanding the size of government, and
    5. Opposes gun owner's rights,
    6. while appointing himself of the president's children in his view that
    7. politicians like Obama and himself and their children deserve protect via firearms that no one else should have for themselves or their children.

Name anything about him you would define as Republican or supporting Republicans.

He has very good reason to speak against his party. They are failing tremendously in both winning votes and the hearts of the people. He clearly wants to distance himself from the bad. Don't forget he also spoke against the president in early 2012
