Is The Pledge of Allegiance a Form of Brainwashing/Indoctrination?

Is it just me is this version of the "Pledge of Allegiance" a little bit more honest? Pledge of Allegiance - The Whitest Kids U'Know on IFC - YouTube

So i ask you this, is the pledge of allegiance a form of brainwashing and indoctrination?

Indoctrination, yes, and that's a good thing.

Thankfully, Catholics get the usefulness of this:

No more or less than singing the national anthem, I suppose.

I fail to see how forced indoctrination is a good thing

Failure to say the The Pledge of Allegiance is a way to identify the undesirables in the United States.

They never turn down the freebies that come from the same country though. What country in the entire civilized world would want an infestation of people like this.

Worst of all, they never leave, no matter what happens you cannot get rid of them. They're like an incurable cancer that destroys all beauty and goodness.

Ha! Great video, a little bit too accurate though.

Yes, you nailed it, EVERYONE who doesn't want to say the pledge of allegiance, or thinks that it's brainwashing our children are all a bunch of moochers and we should deport their sorry asses right?

    Is this you by chance?

I don't like the pledge and I think it's brain washing. I can also damn well guarantee I've done more for this country than you ever have or ever will.

So failure to be almost forced to do something makes you an "undesirables "? Talk about individual liberty.

Because when you're no longer the best, it's important to try to brainwash the next generation into continuing to think that you are.

We often disagree on many points but here we agree on one thing that indoctrination is never a good thing
