Like everyone else I get all my important news, as well as hard hitting investigative reports, from Jon Stewart and The Daily Show.

Re: Where Do You Get Your News?

I try to get my news from a wide variety of sources but almost all of them are on the Internet. I look at Google's stories and often click on the supporting links. I checked magazines and newspapers in the poll but they're mostly from the Internet, too. I peruse Reuters and AP. If a lot of the sources are all talking about the same thing then it's probably a big deal and mostly true. If only one or two discusses it then I'm a little more cautious about accepting the story out of hand. If something is particularly important to me I usually dig until I find the underlying study and skim or read that as well.
