Sure. He drummed up the lies about Iraq and WMDs and such lies "created" treason.
I think you mean he committed treason. To "create" treason is to be the very first one to ever commit a treasonous act, and probably even the first to even think of it as a concept.

You are right and it is a pretty impressive one at that. As it should be. Here are his 4 freedoms etched in stone for eternity.

Freedom from want? Is that where our society gets its entitlement mindset?

Bush wasn't the worst President ever. He didn't commit treason, he relied on very bad intelligence. If anything, he believed what he wanted to see and disregarded dissenting opinions about Saddam.

But Mt. Rushmore? :lamo. There's a long list to get on before him, and that's just Republicans.

His presidency had some significant accomplishments--regardless if you agree with them or not--just like any other president in modern history. But they were significant achievements nonetheless.

  • Issued an executive order prohibiting federal funds for international family planning groups that provide abortions and contraceptive services.
  • Upheld the ban on abortions at military hospitals.
  • Reduced taxes on dividends and capital gains.
  • Made $33 million available for abstinence education programs in 2004.
  • Supports the Defense of Marriage Act - and a Constitutional amendment saying marriage is between one man and one woman.
  • Not once did Iraq ever attack America during his 8 years in office, due to his toppling of the Saddam regime.
  • Expanded the role of faith-based and community organizations in after-school programs.
  • Was the first president to get elected to have a DUI conviction, proving that anybody could be president, regardless of past misdeeds, and providing that you found Jesus.
  • Saved America from the "Clinton Recession" that was starting it's slow creep in the late 1990s, with tax cuts for the rich.
  • "Country-pop" genre of music made a triumphant resurgence during his presidency, moreso than at any time in modern American history.
  • Christian "megachurches" experienced a huge boom during his presidency that survives to this day (albeit with lesser influence), despite President Obama's stubborn "War on Religion."
  • Provided a "moral contrast" to the sexual sins of the Clinton White House.
  • Pushed through THREE raises for our military. Increased military pay by more than $1 billion a year.
  • Killed the old US/Soviet Union ABM Treaty that was preventing the U.S. from deploying our ABM defenses.

No and since any further additions to Mt. Rushmore would likely destroy what is there currently (check for yourself, there won't be anymore POTUS faces added to the already fragile monument) there is no reason to expect either Obama's arse or Bush's mug.

I voted yes, just to screw with people.

I would not be surprised if Obama were put on Mount Rushmore though.

No, he should be put on a pillory.

Yes he should because it would be funny as hell.

That is like asking if Hilter should be put up there..... gezzzzz

Really? Does a war with Iraq really have the undertones of "honesty" and "obvious" to you?

You are totally out of line.

Awww... did I hurt your feelings by comparing your hero to a mass murderer? Talk to the Iraqis and see how they feel... Bush Jr is a war criminal along the lines of Hitler pure and simple.

What? Continuing on his fathers' footsteps? It was obvious that he was going to do that.

Here's who really should be on Mount Roushmore - William Jefferson Bill Clinton. Now there's someone you should be proud of.

No, that would be Saddam, not Bush jr. Come to think of it Saddam is more like Stalin rather than Hitler. Hitler did not f-ed his own countrymen as Saddam and Stalin did. Besides they start with the letter "S" the two do.

Not only "no", but "hell no".

Did you know Mount Rushmore was made specifically to be a tourist trap? About the dullest place I've ever visited while on the road.

LOL of course Hitler ****ed over his own countrymen... socialists, gays, Jews, Romani.. they were all Germans and were certainly ****ed over by Hitler.

But yea, Saddam would be another good comparison to Bush Jr...

You misunderstood me. Saddam is the one to be compared to Stalin, and he is the one who terrorized Iraqi's just like Stalin did. I know Hitler also "removed" his own countrymen but not as much as Stalin. George Jr did not killed his own people as they did, are you crazy!?

Maybe Obama should. He's done more for this country than all other presidents combined. He's a god, making American heaven on earth. :)

At least Clinton ran a budget surplus.

It is my definition of being a leader. You integrate and enable prosperity inside your organization/country, and then deal with the troubles of other places such as in Britain and Balkans. No real need to help out like that to other countries in need, but he did it anyway. A real living marvel of a person.

What are the odds that President Bill Clinton would be put on Mount Roushmore really?

I'm not saying anybody needs to be added to Mount Rushmore. Certainly not somebody still alive.

But of those still alive, the idea of adding GWB is the MOST absurd idea going.

I say yes, but there's stipulation . . . we don't carve his face into the mountain . . . we just lash his live body to it in a hidden crevice . . . perhaps a nose hole . . . and then leave him.

So the number of your own civilians that a mass murderer did is the only metric you will accept? Bush did kill over 2000 Americans by sending them into Iraq and of course the 100k+ Iraqis.
