Normally, I would say yes, under those circumstances, Romney should be seated. However, because Romney achieved the nomination by dishonest means himself, rather than earning it, there should have to be a whole new contest, starting from scratch, with Biden holding office until the new election is over.

Actually we should go back to the last president who won an honest election. Bush should be president until a new election can be held.

see that bit about the senate? yep. no impeachment on false grounds while the democrats control it.
He can be impeached but not convicted. No problem. Impeach him anyway.

President Biden is fine with me.

And, naturally, the part about Biden taking over until a new president is elected would have to be a unanimous decision that everybody agreed upon. If there was opposition to this
    - they would be saying that since (whatever the reason for impeachment was), the dems would not necessarily have been in office, etc. To solve this, they would have to use the un-presidented "limbo" rule of law and.......ok , I'm lost.

I loved it that president Clinton, darling of the Left, was impeached for lying under oath. He is still the darling of the Left.

You mean George senior? I dom't think either of Dubbyas elections were honest. In fact, you could ask Ray Lemme about that - oh that's right, no you can't. He was found sliced up in a motel bathtub - an apparent "suicide".
