No I hate any kind of sticker. Reminds me of grade school

In the past, I used to put it on my car. This year, I left it in the garage. That way I won't forget I already voted

In a community that is largely comprised of older citizens, it's never a bad thing to show you, a younger person, are involved in local politics.

Otherwise I vote via absentee ballot for general elections, and no sticker.

Re: Do you wear the "I voted" stickers they give you after you voted?

No. I hate wearing stickers/buttons and I really don't think anyone else gives a **** about whether I voted. And I frankly don't give a **** whether or not they give a **** whether or not I voted.
Nobody who wins a war indulges in a bifurcated definition of victory. War is a political act; victory and defeat have meaning only in political terms. A country incapable of achieving its political objectives at an acceptable cost is losing the war, regardless of battlefield events.

Bifurcating victory (e.g. winning militarily, losing politically) is a useful salve for defeated armies. The "stab in the back" narrative helped take the sting out of failure for German generals after WWI and their American counterparts after Vietnam.

All the same, it's nonsense. To paraphrase Vince Lombardi, show me a political loser, and I'll show you a loser.

I normally don't. They are usually out by the time I go anyway, so no big deal.

    I like justabubbas idea though... I lol'd.

I feel the same way about those that I feel on Ash Wednesday.

I do because I think it helps remind people of their civic duty.
