Last time I was at the doctor (a few months ago), I had a checkup and some blood work (blood sugar, thyroid, cholesterol, etc.), and everything came out normal, so I guess I'm in pretty good health! I also TRY to exercise every day and make home-cooked meals, so I think that helps out a lot too. The sodium content in some boxed foods (like stuffing or rice meals) is outrageous, so I just make my own. I think that is the much healthier way to go, and you control the salt and fat content.
