I would say poor health for my age, all of which is my own doing. I used to be a very active person and in great shape but then (about 11 years ago) I made the transition from physical jobs to office work. As a result I let myself free fall into physical inactivity and its not uncommon for me to spend 14 hours a day in front of a keyboard, this coupled with being a heavy smoker for 24 years, has taken its toll on me. I did manage to quit smoking back in March but I am finding it real hard not to simply plop my butt down and waste the day away at a PC.
My personal nemesis is the PC, the single biggest life changing moment is the day I purchased my first home PC and internet hookup. My life is almost a complete 180 from what it was just 15 years ago, unfortunately none of it positive. I was an avid outdoors-man that spent most of my free time fishing, hunting, hiking, swimming, camping, and sports. Now its pc games, coding software, office work, internet forums, TV and movies (on the pc). I have not spent any significant time in outdoor activities in years and the inactivity has ruined both my physical and mental health.
I am still young enough that I can reverse most of this damage but I find it very difficult to motivate myself into anything different. Maybe tomorrow.....LoL
