You were brought up to look down on working?

    ???

What kind of family did you come from?

But what is interesting, really, is how closely work is intertwined with our very health. It appears, that the more work we do, the healthier we get. And non-physical labor doesn't help.
    I don't know about that.

Exercise is good but I watched my parents live a lifetime of pain because of the labor intensive jobs they had. They pushed hard for my siblings and I to get good educations so we can avoid the sort of back breaking work that took its toll on them.

Being brought up to "look down" on that which any Civil Society so desperately needs for its own survival is tantamount to Child Abuse, IMO.

    - So, now, that most non-physical jobs can be done over the internet outsourced for a petence, how about this for a replacement for those unsustainable liberal social programs.

    - Everyone who doesn't have a job or business, would be classified into weight groups, like in sports, and then given physical labor tasks with his/her group-mates.

    - This would give everyone a healthy body, happy life, and an opportunity to meet new people.
    Unreal.

    Yes!

Back in 2008, and based on the complete scam that was the Bush 43 Presidency, I predicted that Republicans would not see the White House again until 2024. If you introduce this to the Republican Party, then my projection will extend to 2032 and beyond. If you really try hard - then you can single handily make the White House anathema for Republicans, through 2100.

Your post was entertaining - that much I will grant you. Your post also makes it abundantly clear that the concept of Cause & Effect was also something you never really learned, when you were growing up and being schooled to despise work. Your post also undercuts any notion that you might have the slightest bit of understanding about psychosomatics and generational family psychology. Your post boldly exemplifies your lack of understanding about American History, the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution and its Bill of Rights.

In fact, there is so much that is broadly wrong with your post, that it needs no rebuttal and no counter argument. It is self-exposing and does a very good job of revealing its immoral, unethical, unprincipled, unlawful, irrational and illogical underlying premise - without any outside help.
