Have you forgotten Rule 1? Democrats are never responsible for anything bad that happens.

HAh said the conservative who's current party blames the president for EVERYTHING, even though the president isn't the one who creates legislation in this country...
Am I not destroying my enemies when I make friends of them?
    - Abraham Lincoln

Before the war is ended, the war party assumes the divine right to denounce and silence all opposition to war as unpatriotic and cowardly.
    - Robert M. LaFollette, Wisconsin Governor and U.S. Senator

God, how patient are Thy poor! These corporations and masters of manipulation in finance heaping up great fortunes by a system of legalized extortion,
and then exacting from the contributors--to whom a little means so much--a double share to guard the treasure!

Voted Gore in 2000, 3rd party in 2004, and Obama in 2008.. so you're not entirely correct.

But if presidents dont create legislation, how is Bush responsible for the recession? And how is Obama able to take credit for our supposed recovery?

I should have know better than to believe everything I hear but I admit, I didn't think Walker had a chance. If I had known, I'd have watched MSNBC that night too.

We muttered the same thing after 1968, 1980, 2000 for the Democrats. That too was not true and overblown.

The Republican Party is doing just fine.

You left out 2004...but your point is spot on! It has always amazed me how incredibly short the memory of the electorate/public is.
"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure" - 2006 Senator Obama...leadership failure indeed!
