At the present time I would say that domestic policy is more important to me. If we were in WWIII I would say that foreign policy would be more important.

inasmuch as our single greatest national security threat is our debt, I would say they are becoming intertwined.

Hm, don't you mean foreign vs domestic? Lots of Federal policy is domestic....

Re: Which is more important to you?

    Foreign policy issues.
Nobody who wins a war indulges in a bifurcated definition of victory. War is a political act; victory and defeat have meaning only in political terms. A country incapable of achieving its political objectives at an acceptable cost is losing the war, regardless of battlefield events.

Bifurcating victory (e.g. winning militarily, losing politically) is a useful salve for defeated armies. The "stab in the back" narrative helped take the sting out of failure for German generals after WWI and their American counterparts after Vietnam.

All the same, it's nonsense. To paraphrase Vince Lombardi, show me a political loser, and I'll show you a loser.

Domestic policy issues are the most important to me, but foreign policy issues are still very important.

domestic, but that requires that we drastically alter our foreign policies in order to reallocate resources.

Re: Which is more important to you?

Both are important but having the budget balanced which is domestic is more important and if not delt with the problems that would occur will dwarf any foreign policy issue.
