My positions haven't changed so much as been refined. The spirit of my views haven't changed much, but when I joined many of them were vague and unspecific. I think, now, I have a good handle on what I believe and can back it up.

Thats funny because you have changed your lean twice since you've been on DP. Not including your intial registered lean.

The lean has been changed, the views have not. Centrist was an initial method of not offending anyone and after realizing that nobody cared, I switched around trying to find one that best represented my views - as there is no Anarchist leaning on this site.

Have any of your political views changed since being a member of Debate Politics? If so, what views have changed and in what way have they changed?

For me it would be the 2nd Amendment. Believe it or not, I'm a much bigger proponent of the 2nd Amendment and the right to bear arms than I was before.
I would say no. But I have been exposed to many arguments I like, on both sides, which have caused my own views to become more informed and nuanced. I may have caveats to many of my views where once they were a little more black and white.

So there's no difference between Libertarian-Left, Communist, and Anarchist?

In the sense that I use them, there isn't. I'm an Anarchocommunist so those three labels can also be representative my views.

Side note: Ikari claims to be a Left Libertarian, but in actuality, he's a moderate free market libertarian.

Not much, actually.

There are even more far right nutjobs loose in the US than I had believed.

Our conservative disposition in the US as a whole population is believed to be moderate to centrist. Of course, there are a chunk that are further down this spectrum and make up the various bases of the Republican Party, but as a general population makeup of the U.S. is concerned, we are a centrist/moderate conservative country. This makes for interesting comparison overseas ;)
