A true patriot who wants to lead our nation whould place the nation and its people first. I suspect Mittens has placed the worship of Mammon first and is more than happy to use other nations and tax law to his own advantage regardless of its negative impact upon the nation and the American people.

He wants to avoid that poison which will drive independents away from him in droves. The conservatives and right wing of course will stay the course no matter what.

Just to make you aware -- Mitt Romney did not write the tax code. Using the tax code to your advantage is smart -- if you are not using it to your advantage, then you are an idiot.

This is why Romney doesn't want to release his tax returns:

    St. Matthew 6: 1-4

1 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have bglory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:

4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall breward thee openly.

Exactly, since when is it a crime to be smart?

I want the taxes issue to die myself. Maybe the embassies being attacked will trigger a more serious debate. Doubtful. I can't tell you where it stops. I can Damn sure tell you when though. Romney's been running for president 5 years now, why the hell didnít he prepare for this and have at least those 5 yrs ready to go. Let's be really be honest here, this team it ain't a good team. As far as the birth certificate, I guess I don't understand what your saying?

Unless you want the people of the USA to put their faith in you and you are attempting to convince them you should lead this country. Then you might have a problem with fvoring other nations and other people instead of the USA.

One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.... John Rogers

    Nobody said it was.

It may not be smart to put the interests of the USA down your priority list and then ask the American people to let you run the nation and look out for them.

I think as long as he refuses to show them it creates enough of a distraction to keep people focused on this issue and fighting amongst ourselves on the why he should and the why he shouldn't show them so it now overshadows any negative attention about his flipflopping ways.

Sort of like politicians sending their children to private school while making decisions for public schools?

The best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter.
