01:43:15 AND SO, YES, WE ARE BLOCKING JUDGES BY FILIBUSTER.
01:43:17 THAT'S PART OF THE HALLOWED PROCESS AROUND HERE OF THE FOUNDING FATHERS SAYING THE SENATE IS THE COOLING SAUCER.
01:43:23 WE HAVE -- WE DON'T WORK AS QUICKLY AS THE HOUSE AND WE ARE NOT AS RESTRICTED AS THE HOUSE.
01:43:29 THAT'S HOW IT WAS INTENDED TO BE.

Now...of course...when it is democrats engaging in the process it is sound legislative practice and when republicans do it it is just obstructionism. But lets be blunt and very honest. What you are truly saying is that Bush...who never had a filibuster proof majority and for much of his presidency actually had democrat majorities in the house and senate...was a better president and leader than Obama. Bush was more effective at negotiating and working with the other side than is Obama. How sad!
This proves that democrats are not obstructionists. That's why bush was able to work with them.

btw, my ass hole does not stink because I use Tugaboos.

Yes the USA must be very tired post WW2

37 nations overtly and covertly invaded or attacked by the USA without a single instance of a self defence pretext that has resulted in over 23 million civilian deaths

Yes ladies and gentlemen, the USA is tired - tired of slaughtering the innocent in far away lands, and its own military personell.

SO tired that 1/4 of the aircraft in the US air force today are drones and pilotless aircraft.

The slaughter can continue via computer centres in the Nevada desert with teenagers on video screens thinking they are playing war games.
