Do you believe Obama or Romney will win in Nov....I still believe the debates can turn the tide and firmly place the winner, however, going into the debates Romny/Ryan have a clear edge.
I voted that I think Obama will win. But he'll have to do it knowing that I'll be voting for Romney. I actually think it's going to be a horse race. I'm eagerly awaiting the October surprises.

I don't know about all of that. People are getting what they are asking for and sadly they are asking for scum. What they want done takes a certain type of person and sadly that person is a scumbag. It will always be like this for the demands that they have and until they change those demands they will not get better choices.

Great stuff. We could surely use that kind of funny humor today.

The other, of course, involves orcs.... John Rogers

I just don't see this making any sort of difference at all. Oaths themselves have never shown themselves to be anything more than words.
Obviously you have never taken that oath, or any oath like it. If you had than you would know that it is more than just words.

Loyalty (we will always be there for you)
Duty (we do what must be done)
Respect (we treat everyone with the common courtesy that they deserve)
Selfless Service (the things that we do are done for your benefit not just our own)
Honor (we hold ourselves to a higher standard of morality and action)
Integrity (even if we are wrong we take full responsibility for our own actions)
Personal Courage (those things that frighten us or give us pause will not stop us from fulfilling our duty)

This is no dream. This is what we live by.

Are you saying that their demands are to let the military industrial complex run amok and finish running us into the ground with the exorbitant spending and false flag wars? Because that's exactly what's going to happen. Even I can see that and I don't know the first thing about politics.

Eh scumbag is a bit harsh, but I agree with the sentiment that we get what we ask for in a politician.

I think Romney will win, however, I know nothing is certain.

No matter what happens I pretty much think this is true:

“I think that the country could survive four more years of Obama, but I don’t believe the country can survive in a country full of people who would re-elect him.”

Gingrich's problem isn't that he isn't smart or can't think on his feet - it is that he is a hypocrite, flighty, and tends to become a bombastic demagogue.

As for Romney v Obama; I see that coming out as probably a tie. Either might make a major slip-up, but you can't plan on either doing so. Both men have run tightly disciplined campaigns, and will probably continue to do so.

No. the only entity worthy of worship is God.

On the contrary, I have criticized Ryan for supporting the original auto bailouts and for failing to push forward support for Social Security reform. It's just that, among our political class, Ryan is the best that we currently have when it comes to avoiding our looming fiscal crises.

Short on memory or selective memory ? throughout the entire primary Romeny was accused by Conservative and liberal media alike of dodging every single question during the debates...he was labeled a far less than stellar debater. He was just as picked apart by the conservative press while there was a DIFFERENT GOP FLAVOR of the month thing going on...you know where the lead and the GREATEST title lept from GOP candidate to candidate and in the end Romney never saying anything and all his money prevailed....I didnt forget all that Cpwill...Romney was EVERYONES last choice

I voted "I don't know", because I don't know who will win, I only know who will lose. The American people. It is not really a question of win or lose for us, it is a question of how much we lose.
